Choose Your Quilting Design

Let us know in the additional notes below if you are looking for something different. We have many more patterns that you can choose from.

Our preferred approach is to use a soft neutral thread—typically a warm beige, light gray, or similar tone—that blends beautifully with your quilt. This allows your piecing and the quilting texture to shine without the thread becoming the focal point.

If you prefer the quilting to make a bolder statement, we are happy to use a more contrasting thread. Simply choose your preferred color family, and we will select the shade that best complements your quilt.

Optional Finishing Services

Your quilt backing should be at least 8 inches larger than your quilt top on all sides. If your backing needs to be pieced together, we are happy to do that for you.

By default, we return your quilt with the excess backing and batting left intact so you can trim it yourself. If you would prefer a ready-to-bind quilt, we will professionally trim the excess backing and batting for you.

Fill out width/length requirements properly

We are happy to finish your quilt with a professional machine binding. Please include enough binding fabric to cut 2½-inch-wide strips to cover the entire perimeter of your quilt, plus an additional 24 inches. Our binding service includes:

  • Cutting fabric into 2½-inch-wide strips
  • Piecing the binding strips
  • Attaching the binding
  • Machine stitching to both the front and back with a durable straight stitch

Trim excess batting/backing: $10

Binding service: $0.25 per linear inch
