- Small stains, fading, and signs of wear are often part of the clothing's story and usually become part of the finished quilt. BijouBop Studio cannot repair or restore damaged T-Shirts.
- Mesh jerseys, sheer fabrics, heavily damaged T-Shirts, or extremely stretchy materials may not be suitable.
- If we have concerns about a garment, we will contact you before production begins.

Every quilt is created using our custom mosaic layout, where each T-Shirt graphic is individually sized to best showcase its design.
Before sewing begins, we will email you a digital layout proof for approval.
Once you approve the design, production begins. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may require additional charges.

Your quilt will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you, ready to enjoy for years to come. Current turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your T-Shirts and your design has been approved.

After you receive your invoice, please pay in full to secure your spot on our schedule. Thank you!
Shipping, Insurance & Local Drop-Off
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, including tracking and up to $300 in insurance.
If you are located in the Minneapolis area, you are welcome to schedule a convenient drop-off and pick-up at our home studio.
